Creative Vinyasa Flow - Discover and unleash your creative potential! Combines an expansive series of asanas (postures) with pranayama(breathwork), mudra, bandha, meditation & mantra. Release all things physical, emotional, & spiritual, and rejuvenate your energy completely. A bath in the ancient science of Hatha Yoga. Challenges mentally and physically while keeping you centered and focused. Come to class feeling frazzled...leave feeling happier, stronger and more light-hearted. Emphasizing the importance of listening to your inner teacher and creating a space to honor this journey that we are all on together. Have fun challenging yourself and find more joy while you move, sweat and laugh. Variations are provided for students of all levels. Finish with a sweet savasana!

Warm Yindulgence - Create better health, more positive mental habits and increased radiance. Warm Yin Yoga is a specific approach to yoga that works on a very deep level to awaken the connective tissue of your body (also known as fascia) by holding passive poses for 3 – 5 minutes. The stillness in each pose works the deep layers and targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body. A complimenting practice to Yang styles of exercise and those returning from injury.The heat will help to provide you a safe deepening of poses as well as detoxify your entire body. Yin Yoga is a practice much needed in today's difficult, divisive times. It offers us a way to leave behind our ideas of how we should be, and return to our true selves, where all lasting healing takes place. Aromatherapy, sound therapy, hands on assist, energy healing, meditation, intention, pranayama, chanting, mudra, and mantras will all be intuitively incorporated as ingredients to provide a magical space for health and healing on your yoga journey. Finishing always with a juicy savasana you will leave feeling deeply relaxed and grounded. No yoga experience is required just an open mind!

6 week session (dates and times below) = $80 Cash/Cheque/E-Transfer to Stacey Fichter. Must have six registries to run classes. Drop Ins will be $15.00.
