“Summer Solstice is a time for celebration of the fulfillment of that Gift its Creativity come to fruition and full flowering: and a re-Union with the Source of All, as all is poured forth. Both Solstices may be a Moment/point of celebration of Mother Sun our lineage, and a Passion to fulfill our part in it. If you need a break from the frantic, noisy, overpopulated world. And permission to write, read, rest, draw, do yoga, listen to music, sit and stare – anything that evokes the deepest, most peaceful part of you we invite you to join us for an evening of celebrating self and pampering our minds, bodies, and souls!

What to Expect:

A yoga and meditation workshop, creative activity, snacks, tea, hot cacao and Self Care Manual to take home.

A safe, intimate, nourishing and rejuvenating environment for your body and mind. Journey through a grounded, quiet, calm and restorative yin practice led by Stacey Rey. Preparing you for a guided meditation by Johny Rey allowing self to cultivate awareness and balance. 

Feast on tools and techniques that encourage you to slow down and delve a little deeper into yourself.

Time out to get to know yourself again, thoughts, body, guts, home. Curiously explore how to come back to yourself and discover ways to maintain self care when we return to the outside world.

A sumptuous and sensual journey discovering the best methods to nurture and support yourself. Addressing how to integrate self care into daily life. More space, stress less, refuel and replenish.

Slow, gentle, tender movement, mostly on the floor. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS! AGES 15+
